Property styling or property staging is presenting your home at its best when it’s time to sell. The idea is to prepare your property in the fastest time possible, with minimum outlay, in order to recoup the highest return. There are many benefits of property styling – it creates emotional buyers that are willing to pay more, it highlights the best features of a home and helps it stand out from the crowd in a competitive market. As property stylists our job is to focus on a property's potential buyers needs and wants, and then work hard to create a space they will want to live in.

At Presenting Beautiful Homes, we have a team of knowledgeable and experienced interior designers and stylists who know how to bring out a property’s full potential for sale. When you engage our team, you can trust them to create bespoke and customised interior styling needed to make a home stand out from the rest. We take care of all the styling and furniture elements required in order to help sell a property faster, and for the best price.

Price for property styling varies and is often dependent on property size and amount of living spaces. It also varies on whether it is a partial styling or full styling. The most important thing to remember with property styling, is the return on investment. A home styled for sale can often mean the difference between a quick sale and a property listing that goes stale, it may even add anywhere from 5%, 10% or more to the final sale price. At Presenting Beautiful Homes, our prices can vary anywhere between $1,500 and $8,000+ depending on a property’s requirements. This includes the cost of selections, packing, installation, styling, hire and removalists. We offer a complimentary quote for home styling, where we assess your property and tailor pricing to suit.

Our standard hire period is 5 weeks, this allows a week for photography and campaign launch. Longer hire periods may be available upon request.

Unfortunately, no. Once a property has launched to the market, our job is essentially complete. This just means that we will remove the furniture out of your home sooner, so that you can celebrate a successful sale!

Our team of interior stylists and designers hand-pick selections for each property to ensure a bespoke look for each client. Our stock is circulated throughout our warehouse so you can be assured that no two homes styled by us will look the same. We’re passionate about sourcing stock from local South Australian and Australian suppliers and own the largest variety of quality furniture and accessories in South Australia, so selections are the fun part. Our team will select a style that best suits the property, market and potential buyer.

At Presenting Beautiful Homes, who you meet at your initial consultation will be with you every step of the way. They will manage and implement your service from start to finish.

Yes, we do offer partial styling packages where a client’s existing furniture can be incorporated into the overall look.

Not necessarily. Prices also vary for partial stylings depending on the work required, property size and amount of living spaces. A partial styling can often be a more complicated process, but the end result is always unique.

We understand that selling your home can be a stressful time, and we’re here to make it easier for you. We don’t ask you to move out of your property during your campaign however we do ask that you respect our terms and conditions upon booking to ensure that quality of our furniture remains.

We don’t currently offer storage for furniture, but our team are always happy to recommend storage solutions depending on your requirements.

If our team is engaged to style your property, you can trust that with our professionalism, knowledge of the market and current trends we will make the appropriate furniture and styling selections for your home. However, if you have specific requests please let your stylists know and we will see where we can accommodate.

As well as our home styling services, we offer trade work and interior design consultations too. With a qualified Builders License we can perform any required trade works to a property in preparation for sale including painting, flooring, electrical, gardening, clean and plant hire. Our trades are readily available and are fully supervised by a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the project runs seamlessly and is ready on time. Our team of in-house interior designers and stylists can also assist with interior selections or advice for residential living. We tailor our services for our clients depending on their needs and budget requirements but please note our interior design consultations are charged at $180.

For home styling, we would recommend at least 1-2 weeks between quoting and installation time. For trade services, it will often depend on the nature of the work but we would recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to sell furniture and accessories from our warehouse stock as these are in rotation for our stylings. We are however happy to help source specific pieces for you upon request. We also feature a ‘Shop Our Look’ where our interior designers and stylists curate different looks, that are then available to buy online at our website. You can shop one or all of the products featured.

We are so lucky to work with a number of real estate agents and agencies throughout Adelaide, and pride ourselves on the relationships that we’ve built over 25 years in the industry. We don’t align with agents or agencies in particular, and the choice of agent and stylists that you use for the sale of your home is completely yours.

We service most Adelaide suburbs and surrounding areas within 100km of the CBD. Please note your location when requesting a quote.

Payment for home styling services is required in full no later than 48 hours prior to placement. A 50% deposit is required prior to commencing trade works with the balance due on the completion of the work.

All products supplied by Presenting Beautiful Homes are fully insured against theft, flood and fire for the duration of your hire period.
